Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Since our products are handcrafted and personalized, we've tailored our policy to reflect that care.

At Sakthi Studio, we create personalized photo frames, resin art, and custom gifts made exclusively for each customer. Because these products are customized and handcrafted, our refund and return policy differs from standard retail products.

All personalized products are made according to the details, photos, and text provided by the customer.

Customized products cannot be returned or refunded simply because of a change of mind, incorrect customer-provided information, or personal preference after production has started.

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

You receive the wrong product.
The product arrives damaged during shipping.
The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
The delivered product is significantly different from the approved order details due to our production error.

Incorrect photos uploaded by the customer.
Incorrect spelling or personalization submitted during ordering.
Color differences caused by screen settings.
Minor variations in handmade resin art or wooden textures.
Delivery delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Order Number
Clear photos of the product
Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
A brief description of the issue

If your refund request is approved:

The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Where applicable, we may replace the damaged or incorrect product instead of issuing a refund. Replacement orders will be processed as quickly as possible.
