7. Shipping & Delivery

8. Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Customized and personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

9. Returns & Refunds

• A manufacturing defect is found.

Please report issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.
