• Customized products require production before dispatch.
• Production time may vary depending on product type and order volume.

2. Production Time

• Personalized Photo Frames: 2–5 business days.
• Resin Art Products: 5–10 business days.
• Custom Gifts: 2–5 business days.

Production timelines may be extended during festivals, holidays, or peak seasons.

3. Delivery Time

• Tamil Nadu: Approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Other Indian States: Approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Remote locations may require additional delivery time.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the delivery location, package size, and courier partner.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available).

6. Delivery Address

• Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
• Sakthi Studio is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Delayed Deliveries

Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, natural disasters, public holidays, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged:

• Take clear photos of the packaging and product.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include your Order ID and photos for faster assistance.

9. International Shipping

International shipping may be available for selected products. Delivery times, customs duties, taxes, and import regulations vary by country and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
