Refund & Return Policy

At Sakthi Studio, we create personalized photo frames, resin art, and custom gifts made exclusively for each customer. Because these products are customized, our refund and return policy differs from standard retail products.

1. Customized Products

All personalized products are made according to the details, photos, and text provided by the customer.

2. Eligible for Replacement or Refund

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

• You receive the wrong product.
• The product arrives damaged during shipping.
• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
• The delivered product is significantly different from the approved order details due to our production error.

3. Not Eligible for Refund

• Incorrect photos uploaded by the customer.
• Incorrect spelling or personalization submitted during ordering.
• Color differences caused by screen settings.
• Minor variations in handmade resin art or wooden textures.
• Delivery delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Reporting an Issue

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Order Number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
• A brief description of the issue

5. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

• The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Replacement Process

Where applicable, we may replace the damaged or incorrect product instead of issuing a refund. Replacement orders will be processed as quickly as possible.

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.
• Once production starts, customized orders cannot be cancelled.
